Mobile internet, call, and messaging service outages are ongoing in most districts of Pahang State and some areas in Terengganu State as of Nov. 8. The incident is affecting over 210, 000 users of the Celcom mobile service provider, which claimed an earlier fire at its facilities is causing the disruptions. Officials have stated services are resuming gradually, though they have not confirmed when services will normalize.
