Officials from the Association of Indonesian Village Governments (APDESI) are protesting outside the People's Representative Council (DPR) in Jakarta Jan. 31 to call for the revision of the Village Law. Hundreds of people are participating in the action. Authorities have deployed over 2,300 security personnel to the location.
