Filipino President Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos Junior will host a rally at the Quirino Grandstand in Manila on Jan. 28 to inaugurate the New Philippines (Bagong Pilipinas) initiative. Manila Police District will place 2,000 officers in the proximity of Rizal Park and Quirino Grandstand.
