Lingering traffic disruptions are likely on Interstate 405 (405 Freeway) in Los Angeles, California, in connection with an apparent shooting incident on the thoroughfare Jan. 12. Police responded to reports of a crashed vehicle on the route near Burbank Boulevard in the Sherman Oaks neighborhood shortly after 05:00 and reportedly found the vehicle in question and its driver shot.
