France: Activists plan protests outside Paris 2024 Olympics Organizing Committee headquarters in Paris, June 10-14

Activists plan daily rallies at Paris 2024 Olympics Organizing Committee headquarters, Rue Proudhon, Paris, France, June 10-14.

Warning

Pro-Palestinian groups, including EuroPalestine, plan to protest outside the Paris 2024 Olympics Organizing Committee headquarters on Rue Proudhon in Saint-Denis June 10-14. Protesters will call for Israel's exclusion from the Olympic Games. Attendance at the demonstrations could change daily; however, it will likely remain in the low hundreds. The daily rallies will occur at the following times:

  • June 10: 12:00-14:00

  • June 11: 18:00-20:00

  • June 12: 16:00-19:00

  • June 13: 18:00-20:00

  • June 14: 12:00-14:00

Authorities will likely deploy additional police to monitor the gatherings. Crowds and related security measures could prompt localized disruptions. The nearby Front Populaire Metro station could experience increased congestion as protesters arrive and depart the gatherings daily through June 10-14. Widespread violence is not anticipated, but low-level confrontations between police and protesters cannot be entirely discounted. Any violence would pose an incidental risk to bystanders.

Avoid all protests as a standard precaution. Allow additional time if traveling near the protest site. Strictly heed all instructions from law enforcement officers.
