Aircraft refuelers cancel planned strikes at Sydney Airport, Australia, July 31.
Aircraft refuelers affiliated with the Transport Workers' Union (TWU) have called off a strike slated to take place 02:00-04:00, 08:30-10:30, and 18:00-20:00 July 31. The decision follows successful negotiations between Ampol Australia Petroleum management and the union with regard to higher wages and better working conditions.
