Montenegro: Protesters blocking traffic in the Sozina Tunnel in Gluhi Do area, Aug. 24

Residents have gathered to block the Sozina Tunnel in the Gluhi Do area from 10:00 Aug. 24. Participants are demanding free passage through the area. The blockade is due to end at around 12:00.

Police have likely deployed to monitor the gathering; clashes remain possible. Road transport disruptions will likely persist along the E80 road between Virpazar and Zgrade until the action concludes. Lingering traffic congestion is also likely after road traffic resumes.
