Emergency workers are responding to a blaze at an oil refinery in the Neftyanik area of Omsk in Omsk Oblast as of the afternoon of Aug. 26. The cause of the blaze remains unconfirmed. Although the fire is now reportedly contained, police could close local roads near the refinery to facilitate the emergency response.
