Metlink rail services will resume normal operations as of Sept. 24 after the Rail and Maritime Transport Union withdrew its work-to-rule action following success negotiations on salary and work conditions. Unionized rail workers had been taking all work breaks and refusing overtime work or shift changes since Sept. 17.
