Activists plan to demonstrate during the Labour party conference in Liverpool Sept. 21-22. The event will occur Sept. 22-25 at the ACC Liverpool. On Sept. 21, pro-Palestinian and anti-war campaigners will meet at St George’s Plateau, Lime Street Station, from 12:00, and march to the conference location. On Sept. 22, anti-austerity groups will gather at the ACC Liverpool to denounce cuts to public services among other demands. Several thousand people could attend each action.
Heightened security measures, movement restrictions, and localized business and transport disruptions are likely around the ACC Liverpool. Additional demonstrations are possible during the conference.
