PNG: Assailants attack passenger bus in Sirunki, Enga Province, Oct. 22

Unidentified assailants attacked a passenger bus in the vicinity of Sirunki, Enga Province, Oct. 22. The attack left several people dead and injured. Authorities have yet to confirm the exact casualty toll. The motive for the incident is also unconfirmed; some reporting suggests the incident was a retaliatory attack for an act of violence earlier in October.
