The Communist Party of India Marxist plans to hold a protest march from their office in Siliguri to the Siliguri Municipal Corporation Office on Nov. 29 to denounce alleged corruption that is causing poor water management. Although the exact time of the protest march remains unclear, demonstrations typically occur from late morning to early afternoon. Participation will likely be in the hundreds.
