India: Activists plan to protest in Bengaluru on Dec. 10

Activists affiliated with the Panchamasali community plan to protest outside the Vidhana Soudha in Bengaluru on Dec. 10 to demand the recategorization of a caste category in the state legislation. Panchamasali leaders claim over 5,000 tractors and thousands of people will participate in the protest.
