Ann Pickren - Senior Vice President, Customer Success

Ann Pickren is Crisis24’s Senior Vice President (SVP), Customer Success.

Ann brings more than 30 years of experience in the Business Continuity and Crisis Communications field, with emphasis on building organizations that are focused on providing customers with services and support to organizations, ultimately leading to strong customer partnerships and best-in-class services and support. Ann brings her expertise and demonstrated ability to build successful customer-focused organizations to provide support, implementation, training, professional services and managed services to Crisis24 clients.

Ann Pickren has been in a leadership role in the notification industry since 2010, when she joined OnSolve.  She has spent 30+ years in the Business Continuity and Crisis Communications field, having held positions at Comdisco and SunGard for over 16 years.  During that time, Ann served as the Senior Vice President of SunGard Availability Services, where she served in various capacities with the consulting and software practices.

Ann is a recognized industry leader, frequently speaking at Continuity Insights Management and DRJ Conferences, as well as other professional associations. She currently holds her MBCI certification, is a member of the DRJ Executive Council, a past board member of the BCI USA Chapter, and past President and board member of the Atlanta ACP Chapter. In 2019, Ann was awarded the prestigious DRI Lifetime Achievement Award.
