Claudio Rizza - Head of Operations DACH

Claudio is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the medical assistance field. Throughout his career, he has worked with International SOS and the TRICARE Overseas Program, specializing in medical assistance, evacuation and repatriation, as well as the organization of air ambulance missions. In the past three years, Claudio has been instrumental in managing the medical provider network for major US Air Bases in Ramstein, Wiesbaden and Kaiserslautern. His efforts led to numerous significant contracts between the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and the German health system. Claudio is now stepping into the role of Head of Assistance for Medical in Konstanz, bringing his extensive expertise and leadership skills to this new position. His comprehensive background in managing complex medical operations and establishing crucial partnerships will be invaluable in his new role, where he will oversee assistance services to ensure the highest standards of care and security.
