Emmett Potts - Watch Operations Manager

Emmett Potts is a US-based Watch Operations Manager specializing in Middle Eastern and North African affairs. He joined Crisis24 in 2017 and has since contributed to the company’s Global Intelligence and Embedded Intelligence Services divisions in various capacities, including leading proactive monitoring and risk alerting efforts, as well as designing and delivering bespoke consulting projects. Emmett holds an MA in Middle East Studies and International Economics from The Johns Hopkins University’s Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies and a BA in International Relations and Religion from Colgate University. He is also a classically trained vocalist and has professionally performed as a soloist and chorister in many of the Washington, DC, area’s largest Catholic churches.
