James Walters - Practice Lead, Product Risk

James is the Practice Lead for Product Risks, managing a global team of product safety experts and consultants and supporting clients involved in crises.  An experienced manager, James has over 17 years of experience across the field of Special Risks and has personally overseen cases of Product Contamination, and has wider expertise in crisis management.  With a thorough understanding of the Insurance market, James pivots between developing senior-level relationships and managing team members, having responsibility for setting standards of service.

Before joining Crisis24, James had previous employment as a Police Officer with responsibility for major crime investigations.

James holds an MSc in Security and Crime Risk Management.
