Thierry Montrieux - Director, Global Operations

Thierry has held lead roles in several global medical assistance companies over the past 4 decades. He has a wealth of experience in providing medical assistance, care, and support in every part of the globe. He is an industry leader in resolving large-scale crisis situations and has managed to successful conclusion scenarios including earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis and mass casualty road traffic incidents.
   
Thierry's role at Crisis24 is to develop the infrastructure and conditions to enable the success of the Assistance operations function, which includes: training, process development, service quality, academy program development and recruitment, and liaison with clients relating to service delivery. He is also responsible for the development and integration of our global service delivery capability.
