Philippines: Gunman in Resorts World Manila shooting found dead /update 4

Dela Rosa stated that although the man is not believed to have intentionally fired at guests, terrorism could not be ruled out as a motive. At least thirty people were injured after jumping from windows, and rushing out of the building in an effort to escape the shooter, who was allegedly of Caucasian ethnicity.
