Jordan: Desert Highway experiences occasional closures

The Desert Highway (Highway 15) that runs north to south from Jaber to Aqaba has occasionally experienced closures due to unrest and ensuing security force operations in the town of Ma’an. The area between Karak and Aqaba has been particularly affected. The highway risks being closed with little to no notice in the coming weeks or months.
