Ireland/UK: Tropical Storm Helene to bring strong winds, rain Sep. 16-18

The storm is expected to move quickly across Ireland, delivering heavy rain and strong rains, particularly on the southern and southeastern coasts. The UK Met is predicting winds of 88-105 km/h (55-65 mph) are likely, with isolated gusts of up to 112-129 km/h (70-80 mph), particularly in the western portion of the country.
