Fuji Dream Airlines says that flight operations will return to normal at Yamagata Airport (GAJ) on April 24 after plane skidded off the runway on April 23

According to a statement released by Fuji Dream Airlines at 09:00 (local time) on Wednesday, the airline will operate as normal after one of their flights skidded off the runway on Tuesday, April 23. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.

Context

The runway at GAJ was closed at approximately 16:45 after a Fuji Dream Airlines flight slid off the runway while preparing for takeoff. No injuries were reported and all passengers safely disembarked from the plane. At least four flights were canceled following the accident.
