A bomb scare prompted the evacuation of a commercial establishment, private offices, and several government offices around Baguio's Lyman Ogilby Building at 11:30 (local time) on Friday, October 4. The nature and source of the bomb threat has not yet been disclosed.

The area has been declared free of threat around 12:00 (local time) and normal movements in the area have been resumed.
