Philippines: Activists plan to march from University of Santo Tomas to Mendiola in Metro Manila from 1000 March 8

Several activist groups plan to march from the University of Santo Tomas to the Mendiola area in Metro Manila from 1000 March 8. The action is to mark International Women's Day.
