Participants are scheduled to gather at Section 1, Jinan Road, at 13:00 and will march on nearby roads, including Zhenjiang Street and Linsen South, Qingdao East, and Zhongshan South roads from 16:20. Officials expect the parade to end at 20:30. Dozens to hundreds of people may participate in the rally.

Police will close the west lane of Section 1, Jinan Road, from 08:30 April 17 for the event. The march is likely to cause localized transport disruptions.
