Members of the Lebanese Association for Parents of Students in Foreign Universities plan to protest at Martyrs' Square in Beirut from 10:00 Aug. 11 to denounce the delayed application of the Student Dollar law, which allows transfers of up to USD 10,000 to students overseas at a lower exchange rate.
