Operations at Montpellier-Mediterranee Airport (MPL) remained suspended as of the morning Sept. 26 following an aircraft incident, early Sept. 24. A cargo plane skidded off the runway while landing; there were no casualties. Flights are currently scheduled to resume the afternoon of Sept. 26.

Lingering disruptions are likely once airport operations resume and authorities clear the backlog of flights.
