Emergency crews are responding to a fire in the Lusail district in Doha the morning of Nov. 26. The incident is reportedly close to a FIFA World Cup fan village, and close to one of the football stadiums. The cause of the fire is unclear. There are no immediate reports of injuries. As of 13:00 local time, local authorities declared that the fire was extinguished with no reported casualties, however response operations are likely to continue.

Increased security, as well as localized business and transport disruptions, are likely near the incident site. Lingering disruptions are possible after crews extinguish the fire as investigations and recovery operations continue.
