When 6,000 people attend events at 18 venues throughout Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and participate in festivities at a 75-acre festival park on the shore of Lake Michigan, keeping everything operational and everyone safe is no easy task. Knowing that protective services would be paramount to the event’s success, the executives and planning committee at a Milwaukee-based financial and wealth management institution turned to the company they believed could handle every aspect of security and protection.
To deliver all the special event security services required, Crisis24 teamed up with GardaWorld affiliate companies, providing a one-stop-shop solution for our client. The Crisis24 team provided pre-event security consulting support, overall event security management, executive protection, and event security incident response. Our company affiliates, GardaWorld Federal and BEST Event Security provided daily K9 explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) sweeps, event static security posts, and access control screening at event venues that included concerts by artists like Kelsea Ballerini, OAR, and Flo Rida.
Protective operations included close protection of the client’s executive leadership and event keynote speakers Bob Iger, former Disney Chairman/CEO, and esteemed anchor of Good Morning America, Robin Roberts. Crisis24 also coordinated closely with the Milwaukee police department’s Special Operations Unit, the FBI, and other local security elements.
