As the Regional Director of the Ready Team for Crisis24 Private Strategic Group, Jared Swopshire oversees operators who support multiple details ranging from corporate and residential sites to multi-man field details. The Ready Team stands as the Crisis24 reactionary team, supporting shift vacancies often on little-to-no-notice. Ready Team members often travel domestically and abroad with various protectees – showcasing the high level of readiness and adaptability necessary in ever-evolving operating environments. Due to the remote locations of certain missions and variety of assignments, the key to Jared's Ready Team success is constant and precise communication.
A typical day often requires coordinating and ensuring adequate staffing assigned to field details companywide, domestically, and abroad. Jared then leads field and residential details for multiple protectees once details are fully staffed.

The projects Jared enjoys most are protective details requiring international travel and supporting IPO launches. Both present their own unique set of challenges, including advance work before the detail begins and proactively providing security and protection during multiple high-paced movements.
Additionally, Jared looks forward to his role developing as he continues learning protective intelligence and security services through first-hand experiences while remaining committed fully to the Crisis24 mission. About Jared Swopshire
Jared was recruited after earning a bachelor's degree from the University of Louisville. He earned his master's degree from Northwestern University. Additionally, he is a graduate of special-scenario-based training, including Simulated Combat exercises to inoculate trainees against combat fear and enhance performance during emergencies. He is highly skilled in physical security, Public Figure protection, and defensive tactics, now overseeing and leading numerous protection details across six continents.

Jared supports St. Louis, Missouri-based organization STEAMasterEdu. STEAMasterEdu promotes student success and engagement in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) through hip-hop. Over the past few years, they have served over 1,500 students in multiple schools through their program.
