Tumi is a Senior Intelligence Analyst focused on Eastern Europe and Central Asia. He studied Political Science and History, followed by Postgraduate Law at the University of Cape Town. Tumi has previous experience as a policy analyst in criminal justice for a Texas State Senator and as a strategy consultant for the consumer industry and government in Cape Town.
