Given the new ISO31030 guidelines, it’s essential for organizations to re-examine their duty of care program for personnel. This session will discuss the different options available to organizations, from routine travel advice to emergency assistance and crisis management. What should organizations consider giving personnel to create confidence and provide adequate duty of care? What layers of support are required and how are these most effectively fulfilled?
- Participants will recognize the requirement to provide adequate support to personnel 24/7/365 when traveling and provide an appropriate level of duty.
- Participants will explore ISO31030 — establishing risk management protocols that will help the organization’s ability to control its travel-related risks effectively and efficiently.
