Police forces clashed with migrants near the Turkish border on the morning (local time), on Saturday, February 29. Migrants reportedly attempted to reach the European Union as Turkey announced on Friday, that they will no longer stop migrants from crossing the border. Police used tear gas to disperse the crowd near Kastanies (Eastern Macedonia and Thrace region).
