Pro-Libyan National Army (LNA) forces reportedly raided locations in the southern city of Ubari (Wadi al Hayaa district; Fezzan region) on Saturday, November 28, and allegedly detained several persons. There have been unconfirmed reports that a woman was killed and a child injured during the security operations that centered on the Al-Sharib area of the city. The exact nature of the raids was not immediately clear.

Further security operations are to be expected in the region over the near term.
