COVID-19 related demonstration scheduled in Turin on November 15; disruption likely



A demonstration is scheduled to take place in Turin, Piedmont province on Sunday, November 15. The demonstrations are being held to protest against coronavirus disease (COVID-19) related curfews in the country. The demonstration is scheduled to take place at the Piazza Castello, where participants are set to gather from approximately 15:00 (local time). 

Further related demonstrations throughout urban centers of Italy are likely in the near term. Additionally, police forces have been permitted to use force to disperse demonstrators.
