Canada: Activists to protest in Toronto Jan. 16 to demand the removal of COVID-19 restrictions

Activists affiliated with The Line Canada movement plan to protest in Nathan Phillips Square, Toronto, from 1200 Jan. 16 to demand that authorities lift restrictions related to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic. The event is part of a series of protests that the group has been staging at the same time and location every Saturday. Several hundred people will likely participate in the demonstration.
