Re-Establishing Operations in Ukraine
Planning ahead for safe re-entry.
Crisis24’s Forward Access, Security, and Transition (FAST) teams provide safe and secure access into Ukraine, helping corporations, humanitarian agencies, and infrastructure and reconstruction project teams who are considering re-entering or re-establishing operations in the country.
How Crisis24 Can
Support You
Provide a better understanding of the options available and the next steps needed to re-enter or re-establish business operations.
Deploy with an organization’s personnel to ensure they can safely and effectively complete their intended objectives.
Conduct detailed investigations, fact-finding, recovery, and enterprise risk management tasks.
Rapidly Evolving Landscape
Ukraine remains a complex, chaotic, and extremely high-risk environment, with a collapsed infrastructure, lack of public health and sanitation, high levels of unexploded ordnance, and an uncertain security state. Despite the many challenges present, Crisis24 can build and enable options for organizations considering next steps.
Crisis24 FAST On-The-Ground Resources
Expatriate teams from Crisis24 were first deployed to Kyiv in January 2022 to support clients with personnel and operations in Ukraine. They remain in Ukraine and have established additional FAST teams working out of Romania, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, and Moldova.
Crisis24’s multi-disciplinary FAST teams are comprised of senior-level consultants plus security and engineering experts, combining business acumen with practical insight into the high-risk environment and access to the resources needed on the ground.
When engaging our services, a planning team is initially activated to scope out your requirements and determine the appropriate resources needed to achieve the objective.
The FAST team can deploy with the following specialists:
-
Senior Leadership: An expatriate senior consultant to lead the team and provide business acumen and the ability to engage at a C-Suite level.
-
Security Specialists: Expatriate security consultants to provide operational security, many of whom have operated with Crisis24 in Ukraine throughout the war.
-
Infrastructure and Logistics Specialists: To identify and address the risks caused by failed or unreliable infrastructure and solve the challenges of movement, accommodation, and logistics.
-
Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Specialists: To identify and manage the Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) risks (Note: we provide reconnaissance and risk management capabilities, NOT disposal)
-
Additional Specialists: Medical and/or trauma qualified individuals.
-
Local Enablers: Such as drivers, interpreters, and military liaisons.
Crisis24 actively supports organizations with personnel in the region, providing in-depth intelligence and on-the-ground operations support. We have built up a very thorough understanding of the local situation and conditions and have an excellent support network in Ukraine and the surrounding countries.
