Increased security measures in Managua August 1-10 for Santo Domingo festivals; transportation disruptions likely

Although the main events are planned on August 1 and 10 to mark the opening and the closing of the festival, related celebrations will also take place in the intervening days and associated transportation disruptions should be expected.
