Changi Airport, Singapore’s main civilian airport, will open the new Terminal 4 building on Tuesday, October 31. The terminal was under construction from early 2014 until December 2016, and was subject to extensive testing in the months leading up to the opening. Cathay Pacific and Korean Air will move operations to the terminal on October 31. The remaining airlines (AirAsia Group, Cebu Pacific, Spring Airlines, and Vietnam Airlines) will transfer to the terminal between November 2 and November 7.
