Nationwide ground transportation strike planned in Panama on Wednesday, October 25; significant transportation disruptions expected

It is also in response to Uber's operation in the country, lingering disputes over the introduction of Transporte Masivo de Panama (Panama Mass Transit) to Colón province, and controversy over possible transportation law changes.
