A major thunder and hail storm struck Bogotá on the evening of Wednesday, November 1, causing major traffic congestion throughout the city. Flooding was reported, notably in the north of the city, along with downed trees and power lines. Powers outages were reported in at least 17 of the city’s 20 zones. Residual disruptions are possible on Thursday.
