France: Pollution rating stickers introduced in Toulouse
Toulouse is the latest city to introduce mandatory pollution rating stickers (vignettes Crit'Air) for vehicles; obligatory from November 27

Pollution rating stickers - vignettes Crit’Air - will become compulsory for all vehicles (cars, trucks, motorcycles, mopeds, etc.) driving in or through Toulouse starting on Monday, November 27. The stickers come in six colors according to the amount of pollutants produced by the vehicle (from green to grey) and can be obtained online at the Ministry of Ecology and Transportation website at a cost of EUR 4.18. Non-compliance may result in fines.
Context
These stickers are also required in Paris, Lyon, Grenoble, Strasbourg, and Lille.
