High concentration of fine dust pollution hitting South Korea (including capital region) for the third straight day March 26

A high concentration of fine dust pollution continues to be registered in South Korea for the third consecutive day on Monday, March 26. Levels are particularly high in the capital Seoul and the surrounding Gyeonggi and Chungcheong provinces. As of 09:00 (local time) on Monday, readings stood at 88 ㎍/㎥ in Seoul, 68 ㎍/㎥ in Gwangju, and 67 ㎍/㎥ in North Chungcheong. Local authorities have introduced emergency measures, including driving restrictions.
