Germany: Disruptions at Hannover airport due to heat July 24-25

At approximately 19:00 (local time) on Tuesday, July 24, Hannover Airport (HAJ) ceased all flights due to runway damage caused by intense heat. According to airport officials, all flights to and from the airport have been canceled until at least 06:00 on Wednesday, July 25. Residual delays are possible through Wednesday.
