Peru: Two explosions wound 20 in San Isidro July 24

According to officials, at least 20 people were wounded in the blasts, including two people in critical condition. The first blast was reported in an underground parking lot under the clinic, while the second explosion occurred inside a laboratory. According to a police spokesperson, an investigation has been opened to determine the cause of the explosions. A security perimeter has been established around the clinic, disrupting traffic on Avenida Javier Prado.
