South Africa: SA Express (airline) resumes services from July 27 /update 1

The South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) has reinstated the operating license of the state-run airline South African Express following a two-month suspension. However, as of Friday, July 27, only two of the company's 21 planes are currently allowed to resume services.
Context
The company had its operating license suspended in May due to serious safety concerns.
During normal periods the airline operates domestic flights within South Africa as well as regional flights to Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and the DRC.
