A fire erupted in the Pisa province (Tuscany) on Monday night (local time), September 24. The fire initially broke out in Monte Serra before spreading to the municipalities of Calci, Montemagno, and San Lorenzo e la Torre overnight. As of Tuesday morning, 500 people had been evacuated. Further evacuations and road closures are possible as firefighters work to contain the fire.
