Nearly 30 Helsinki Airport (HEL) security workers, belonging to the Finnish Aviation Union (IAU), reportedly walked out on Monday, October 22, to protest a colleague's dismissal for wearing a pink ribbon, an international symbol of breast cancer awareness. Work stoppages took place from 12:00 to 16:30 (local time). Further labor actions and associated transportation disruptions are possible in the coming days.
