The US-based Service Employees International Union (SEIU) has called for demonstrations to take place at airports throughout the world as part of the Airport Workers United campaign on Tuesday, October 2. The union has called for airport contractors to stage a demonstration at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG). Associated work stoppages and demonstrations are possible in other airports throughout France. Disruptions to support services are possible; nevertheless, flight disruptions remain unlikely.
