According to police, a hostage situation is ongoing at a pharmacy located within Cologne’s main train station as of the afternoon of Monday, October 15 (local time). An armed man is believed to be holding one person hostage. The station is being evacuated, the area around the station has been cordoned off, and police are on the scene.
